Magnifique appartement, spacieux, tout neuf,équipements de qualité,il ne manque rien.tres belle salle de bain.
Très belle terrasse plein sud.
Situé idéalement (centre ville,lac,commerces) mais très calme.

Un anneau à sceller sur la terrasse (sur une des dalle verticale par exemple) afin de pouvoir accrocher des vélos.
